Questions worth asking.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Month 1 is diagnostic and first fix — team interviews, numbers review, a written report identifying your 2–3 highest-leverage problems, and the first build already shipping. Months 2–6 are building and operating. Month 6 is a review where we renew, restructure, or wind down.

What kinds of problems do you fix?

Operations that are fragmented and slowing growth. Revenue leaking somewhere nobody can see. Tech debt that creates bottlenecks. Attribution gaps that make marketing decisions a guess. If you know something is wrong but can't see what — that's the work.

Is this consulting or implementation?

Both. I find what's broken and I build the fix. Not a deck. Not a recommendation doc. The actual thing — platform, system, infrastructure, whatever it takes.

Why a 6-month minimum?

Real operational change takes time. Month 1 is diagnosis. By month 3 the first fix is running. By month 6 you can see what actually changed. Anything shorter is an audit, not an engagement.

Do you work with more than one client at a time?

Yes — I run a small number of active engagements simultaneously. Each one gets dedicated weekly time and full access to my attention when needed. I'll tell you if I'm at capacity.

Is the $10K/month negotiable?

The base retainer isn't. For engagements with clear measurable outcomes, I'm open to a performance kicker on top. For early-stage companies where cash is tight and upside is real, equity structures are possible. Both are discussed on the call.
